Ordered items are usually sent by EMS WorldWide service (Royal Mail in UK). You will get a tracking number once your package is shipped so you could check the status of it if needed.

Usually, it takes 7-10 days to receive the package in EU, or 10-20 days in the rest of the world. Sometimes it could take a bit longer due to various unforeseen reasons (bank holidays, sorting centers performance etc.). In case you'd like to get your package earlier, please contact us for a specific quote of using other shipping services.

If the package gets lost on it's way and you don't get it in 45 calendar days, we will give you a full refund or resend the items depending on our agreement.
